I stayed at this hotel with extended family, had to change room a couple of times, which was very quickly sorted out by the reception staff, very friendly & polite. Restaurtant plenty of food to choose from no problems stomach wise, probably eat too much! Waiters in restaurant work very hard ours always had a drink ready thank you Slim!!... more

We have just reterned from a week at this hotel after concerns ref bad reports i felt i really needed to write. on arrival we were delt with quickly the form you have to fill in takes only a couple of mins and were able to go strait to the restaurant to eat. restaurant table allocation is fantastic other inclusives... more

as i arrived at hotel i was greeted with a 1 1/2 hour wait for our room we went to the snack bar for somethingf to eat and sat down minding our own business and this guy just sat down at our table trying to sell camel rides at £20 a go so i told him where to go went... more

hotel was nice enough,could have done with abit of a clean. staff friendly food was ok but very boring, same stuff each day. not much choice on the drinks side vodka gin local wine and a liquer oh and 1 kind of lager! Got back on 2nd july, havinbeen there for two weeks with husband and 4 children from 7yrs upto 20yrs, we all said its was on of the best holidays we've ever had. Rooms. Asked for two rooms next to each other, which we got, both over looking the pool and seaview, rooms were ok size, didnt spend anytime in them... more

I feel i have to write a review after reading some of the terrible reviews on here, We went as a family with young children and had a lovely time. yes rooms were basic but clean..beds made and clean towels daily, I left things lying around in my room and maids never touched anything. food was good..cakes were lovely...no need... more

Under no circumstances would I recommend this accommodation to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. OVERALL We booked independently through Expedia so were responsible for our own transfer to the hotel.
