The hotel was advertised as having 3* and what we got was a dirty, old-fashioned disaster. Upon arrival we noticed that our room didn't have a functional a/c and NO tv in the room. The shower was dirty and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. The room was dirty and it felt like someone had slept in it before our arrival.... More

The hotel is well sited, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and clubs, the area, however, is not the best and Hammamet Yasmine is a better, cleaner and safer feeling environment. Taxis are easily flagged down right outside the hotel though so you can get to the nicer areas cheaply and with ease. The hotel is tired, floors are cracked,... More

The hotel is situated in a good place if you like the nightlife and not far from the beach either. Pool area could do with a revamp which is the only reason it gets 4/5. The hotel staff were there for me 100% when I went through a traumatic experience during my stay. While other hotels may have larger scale... More

this hotel is without a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I had male staff entering my room without permission. the hotel room had a broken socket in the bathroom and only one other socket in the room. Our mobile phones were stolen from the room. one afternoon I went to sleep and... More

I stayed at the Bel Air for two weeks and had to change rooms twice, the rooms are pretty basic nothing luxurious but fairly clean. The entertainment is ok, the food in the restaurant..never again. I had one meal and it was my last because in it was a dead cockroach, for the rest of the visit I ate out... More
