I have made many visits with my grandaughter to this hotel, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced any problems, the staff are always smiling and courteous, there is lots of choice at meal times, the maids do a fantastic job, my room was thoroughly cleaned and fresh towels every day, the reception staff were very helpful... First holiday away with my boyfriend! Room was filthy, staff where rude and didn't seem to want us there, faulty lights hanging from the ceiling in our room, room didn't get cleaned whilst we where there. Food made me very poorly. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, it's certainly not a 4 star.
