The room is totally disappointing, very dirty and everything is old and not maintained, staff very rude they obliged us to pay the total amount of the stay (5nights) at check in and refused to reimburse when we decided to leave the next day early morning, the most disturbing thing was the noise there's a restaurant beach down with live... Hotel is very disappointing. Lacks minor things such as electricity at night time, no lift so you have to drag your luggage up long flights of stairs, smelly bed sheets, AC DOES NOT and in a very bad location. Not very much to do or see locally and the hotel is definetely not a 5* more like a 1/2

On arrival our room wasnot suitable, so we were offered an upgrade which we had paid for already. However the receptionist still tried to charge us £40 until we showed her evidence. The upgraded room was not ready so we had to wait two hours. The room itself was OK apart from the shower didn't reach the plastic holder and... More

The spacious hotel was made by the superb balcony in our room overlooking the beautiful golden beach. The hotel is Russian-owned and slightly tired. The staff were pleasant and it was not too far from the town centre.

Stayed at this residence at the end of September 2013 - if you want 4 star, do not book here - it is a nice hotel, however, the whole place has a feeling of being a bit run down. The building is quite nice, but the little things like light fittings, chairs sun loungers etc. are all a bit shabby... More

Although my room had a lovely sea view I had to put up with very load noise from a wedding pary fpr 2 days. The loud Tunisian wedding party noise went on until 4am. I love music but this wasn't even good. The breakfast room was a let down. It was on the second floor of the hotel. Walking up the... More

Had a lovely stay here recently, very friendly and helpful staff, small hotel in an excellent location just a short walk from Hammamet town. It has it's own private beach with free sunbeds and parasols. I would give it a 3 star rating overall, we got a really good deal in the price and it was worth every penny. Not... More
