Stayed here from 16 may till 23 may had bit of a bad start this was due to rubbish Thomas cook at the airport. A tip for when u land don't let anyone help u with ur luggage as they expect payment. Arrive at the hotel about 1130 am and wow the entrance is amazing. Out of all the hotels... More

You can't complain about the weather. That's why it's called weather. Mainly the sun shines and it's very hot in Hammamet. We are just back from a 5 night stay at the Vincci Taj Sultan and we had a great time. At first the hotel reception staff appear surly and at times rude but don't let that stop you from... More

The only good thing abut this hotel is that the staff is mostly helpful and friendly. Now about the rest: The bedding, which they claim on expedia to be of superb quality, is grey from the old age. Towels are very thin, and they only give you one set of towels. So if you take shower after pool, you wind... More

I must begin by making one thing clear. This is not a 5* hotel. Not even close. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and there has certainly been a noticeable deterioration in standards over the past 2 years. However, there are some fantastic deals available for this hotel - and if you are looking for... More

Stayed for one week which was enough for this time of year. Room clean but maid was not good at making beds, she just tidied top sheet, blanket and pillow but did not attend to bottom sheet so we had to strip the beds and remake them. Room spacious and comfortable, television only good if you speak french or german.... More

Stayed here with 2 my childrens (8 and 2 years old). It was so boring for kids. Kids club is very poor, with only one teacher. In Kids disko time they sang all time same 5 songs. My daughter was very unhappy with this kids club. Food was pale. All the time: spagheti, pizza, lamb, chicken, eggs and pancakes. Snack... More

Stayed here with our adult children for some winter sun. The rooms were large, comfortale and clean. Staff freindly, indoor pool was very deep and spent most of our time here as it was quite cold outside, and only managed a swim in the sea once. Free wi-fi in the lobby, the drinks are quite expensive compared to the rest... More

On arrival, our first impressions were positive. Nice light large room overlooking pool and sea. The hotel is well located, one of few in the nice resort of Yasmine Hammamet which is on the beach. The hotel rates itself 5* and Airtours has it as 4*. I don't think so! There seems to be a management problem, with minimum standards... More

We booked the holiday with no great expectations. We've been to Tunisia before "off-season" and knew it would be quiet. The hotel was fine, without being as picturesque as other hotels we've stayed at in North Africa. The room was great, very large, with two bathrooms, and it was made up every day. It could do with a lick of... More
