Superb hotel with cave like areas. Pool was freezing and un-usable during xmas & new year but indoor pool more than made up for that. 8 course gala New Year's Eve dinner was nice. All inclusive drinks were decent. Just be friendly and polite and you'll get great service. Hotel in nice area. Beach area nice. Staff lovely. Theme park... More

As per the previous post there is only one Restaurant to this hotel which in the first couple of days to our holiday the food was not too bad, then it quickly went down hill as more and more holidaymakers arrived at the hotel. It seemed the Restaurant could not cope with the demand, food was cold and tasteless. The... More

When booking the hotel through Hotels4U, it was advertised as all inclusive with a choice of 3 restaurants, a full activity programme for the kids, rooms with mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities - among many other things. None of the aforementioned were, nor are, avaiable - as advised by the hotel themselves.....despite it being peak season! There is just... More

On arrival the holiday makers glum faces in reception said it all. We arrived in the 'dated' room on the 5th floor (one lift working in the entire hotel) to be confronted by beds with torn bedspreads, furniture from the 1970's, a 'mini bar' that contained a litre of water and a Fanta drink, a missing fridge and a hotel...
