Arrived at the airport and did not opt for a transfer. Instead we barted a bit with a taxi driver who agreed to take us and our 3 kids in a large taxi. Cost £40 and took 1hr. Much quicker than going in a coach full of people. The taxi driver also told us the best places to visit and... more

This was a FANTASTIC holiday. The hotel was wonderful, felt very homely. The outside pool was perfect temperature in the blazing heat, always something happening at the hotel, water polo was great fun. The food was great, always something to eat for everyone. Lovely terrace to eat outside. The staff were all great fun. Tunisia itself is lovely. Catch the... more

After reading the reviews we went with the view that we were not going to a 5* resort, which the Yasmin Beach is not, but saying that we liked the atmosphere and quirky design of the hotel. The miles of beaches were lovely shame we only got to spend a couple of days to enjoy them. The food was excellent,... more

On arriving was greeted with a smile and told to go eat and rest after travelling. I went with another female and it was just to relax get away from work and sunbathe. Yes the hotel looks a little shabby but we thought this gave it character and a sense of history, we did go into hotel opposite but that... more

Me and my wife have just returned from a two week holiday at the Yasmine Beach Hotel and found it to be excellent. Friendly staff, good food and drink. Our room was clean and tidy as was the balcony area. We can happily recommend The Yasmine Beach hotel and Yasmine Hammamet. more

Hotel was pretty standard definatly not 5* more like 3*. English are treated different to other guests. Indoor pool was ok but watch out if you have kids as when my partner was swimming the guy buffering the floor decided to drag the cable across the pool in order for him to reach the other side not a good idea... more

I stayed in this hotel during the last week in January 2009. I got a very cheap deal through Expedia - all-inclusive for half-price, which was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. I booked my flight separately via British Airways. I went just to spend time on my own and to escape the British Winter. There seemed to be... more

Have just come back from a great week at the Yasmine Beach - hubby and I both loved it. Like others, the negative reviews worried us, but having been, we can see why some of the comments were made but don't necessarily agree with them. As many others have mentioned, if you expect a 5* in a 3rd world country... more

Just spent a week, 14th to 21st November at Yasmine Beach. Got a really good deal on all inclusive and no matter how cheap was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. Have stayed in "5 star hotels" around the world and they vary in quality and price from country to country but this was, without a doubt, value for... more
