We went with the family to this hotel from 12 to 13 April 2014 and we were looking forward to our little weekend. Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff is there to respond to your queries. Diner was excellent and the breakfast as well. However, we were disappointed by the policy regarding children in... More

We have just had a very relaxing week half board at the Hasdrubal hotel. As previous comments suggest, the hotel could probably do with a more up to date refurb but saying that, nothing was dirty at all.The staff throughout the hotel are a credit. Every single person made us feel very welcome. We are not usually people that spend... More

overall a pleasant stay the hotel has got certainly the best infrastructure of all hôtels in Hammamet but there are signs indicating that without proper maintenance it might rapidly deteriorate to a point where the rates quoted might not be justified anymore.

Expensive but worth it, it was a lovely stay. The staff is very freindly, courteous ans attentive. The salt water pools are great. The only problem that you don't find a lot of activities to do in this hotel.

Looking nice in night time you can do fantastic photos. Many restaurants where you can rest with caffee, tea or Shisha. But I need to warning you.We were told by several people to be wary of the Old Medina, stepping out of the taxi we met someone who said he worked at our hotel in the kitchen & he would... More

Of course there are a load of massive luxury hotel complexes in Tunisia. What is great about the Hasdrubal are: 1. Really amazing clean spacious beach at the end of the long line of hotels 2. Huge rooms, marble shower, balcony, huge bed 3. Fun salt-water pools in the spa 4. Fantastic restaurants with some proper Tunisian food Tunisian music... More

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Hasdrubal. Management and staff are v friendly, courteous and attentive. Great food choices - Tunisian (check out the bread and lamb casserole) International (lunch time pizza by the pool is hard to resist), Gourmet (great fish and beef choices) and a diet friendly menu! Pool, beach and spa facilities are magnificantly laid... More

We stayed here over Christmas in December 2012, and our hotel bedroom was one of the largest I have ever stayed in. It's not the most modern of hotels, but stands out amongst the strip of Hammamet hotels. Great grounds, great beach and very enjoyable spa. But it's a big hotel and with just a handful of guests, it felt... More

Unlike other hotels which list 5 stars on the Tunisian coast (Moevenpick in Sousse or the Sindbad in Hammamet), this hotel does deserve its five stars, and compares well with similar hotels in the Orient. Breakfast with an ample choice for every taste. We ate lunch everyday at open restaurant overlooking the sea , and service as well as food... More
