The hotel has a good infrastructure. The big problem is the staff. They only smile, serve, help if you pay something. The room was OK. But I had no hot water, even after complaining. mini-bar only filled at day 3. The food was a problem. But with 2 good points. Crepes and coffee. i absolutely loved this hotel it was fantastic. the staff were really helpful and the entertainment staff really made an effort to take time out and ask us about our stay. there was something different going on every night at the hotel. we went during the 2008 Europeon cup so it was fantastic all the guest would watch the football... more

My friend and I went as all inclusive. Great if you are not a vegatarian. Don't think they had any understanding of what a vegatarian is. 'Aah madam it's not meat.... it's fish' . this hotel is as bad as it can get. this was our second time in tunisia, as well as the second time in a mouradi-hotel. reception staff speaks virtually nothing but french and arab. they attend you only when you ask them loudly. as a general rule, all the hotel-staff reacted only if you yelled at them. rooms are OK... more
