This was our first 3 nights of a 10 night tour with Saga and we were out of the hotel for most of the time so I didn't mind the tiny balcony (most rooms had large ones). The bed was rather firm and pillows lumpy but the bar very pleasant with good low-priced wine and really good food in the... More

I stayed here for a week at a conference. Beyond the foyer the hotel looks quite plain but the rooms are very spacious. My room overlooked the enormous pool which I used most days. It is also only a short stroll to the beach. The buffet restaurant offers great variety and I did not tire of it. The food at... More

Stayed in this facility as part of an arranged travel by a local agency. The only aspects that may represent features of a 5 star star hotel is the lobby (nice and airy) and the pool (big and scenic). The pool is however crowded with kids running around all day (at least during my visit). I noted that many local... More

Wonderful hotel, exquisite food (seriously, I gained 2 kilos) kind and helpful staff. The beach is a foot a away, the pool is great and the people are nice. Not so much for the young urban crowd, more for couples with kids,middle-aged people or if you just want to relax, eat, sleep and lay on the beach. Tip: get the all-inclusive, it's not a lot... More

Have stayed here before. All good. Great food and nice service from the staff. If visiting Tunis again I will not hesitate to stay here again. only comment I would make in relation to improvement is more activities for kids and update the tiles in the bathrooms. That's me being picky.

One night sleeping and we was crazy because all night we "enjoy" in open disco area nearby with electronic music /can you imagine I am 59 year old?/, We have half board but they don't want to prepare lunch packet for us /breakfast/ because we wake up early in the morning! Hotel is big - five star / Tunisia category!... More

It s not all inclusive, so you have to pay all your drinks. No animation, very dead. The service is good, nice people, very helpfull and friendly. A best, the cafe maure...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start and end of our tour. All rooms have small balconies with two plastic chairs and a table. The first room was spacious but smelled badly of smoke, which spoiled the stay. The second was quite small and did not even have a chair inside. Second stay was spoiled by having no... More

This has all the facilities needed to be a 5 star hotel but the service lets it down and it is more like a 3 star hotel. The rooms are ok, quite spacious and modern. The hotel has an enormous outdoor pool and a much smaller indoor pool. It is located near the beach but is not close to Tunis.... More
