I spent 10 nights at Le Palace in March 2014. I enjoyed my stay. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and polite, high speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel, the hotel has variety of TV channels (including CNN and BBC English channels), and the food in the restaurant was great.

A morning walk on the beach is awesome. Had an excellent view from the balcony. Worth staying. Food was ok.. Got discounts because of official stay. Good rooms and good room service. Had a pick up and drop for office.

It is a huge lobby with a corner with coffee and music. It is still not cosy. For a conference and business i is fine.very large room, large pool and very good breakfast. The beach was not clean and can be accessed with some effort. The personnel was very friendly and enjoyed serving guests

I was on a business trip and stayed in June for 4 nights. Though it was high season, there seem to be few guests. In chronological order : 1. The check-in was smooth but with no greetings or a word was spoken. As if the receptionists are being cajoled to work. 2. The room had old furniture, which needs immediate... More

First things first: Though it seems to be locally rated as a 5-star hotel, you better keep your expectation to the lowest level. It wouldn't get more than 3 stars in any European country. But then, who knows what kind of service other hotels in that area may offer. Rooms are actually quite worn out. The terrace door jammed and... More

This hotel was booked for me by the company I was visiting, previously I have always stayed closer to Tunis and having read earlier reviews of this hotel will adit to being a bit apprehensive before my arrival. However things were no where near as described by some people. Yes, some things are looking like they are due for renewal,... More

My company was organizing a conference that was taking place at this hotel, so, as conference staff, we had to stay here. After reading some of the other reviews, I was prepared for the worst, however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has definitely seen better days (carpet in room was a little worn, the décor was dated, and the... More

I was advised to book into this hotel by the company I was visiting, as it is close to them. I booked, then read some of the reviews below and was very concerned about what I was going to! My general experience of the hotel was good - excellent, comfortable, clean, large room well up to European standards, very nice... More

We are very disappointed with this hotel magnificent architecture. We decided to spend a few days in this hotel after much stress of everyday life. Hotel is very well known because it was belong to ex-president Ben Ali. We heard a lot about this hotel and we booked the blow half board. Hence the abject poverty dinner we ever seen... More

DO NOT stay at Le Palace Hotel. We got charged for an expensive service we had not requested – NOR signed for. Hotel manager would not discuss the erroneous charge with us, and you need a check out card to show the doorman or your luggage cannot leave the hotel.. The management was rude and belligerent. The hotel, which is... More
