Where do I start? On arrival, having made our own way from the Airport, we realised that we had missed the Thomas Cook Welcome. We showed our booking at reception. We were told (eventually) that we would have to wait about 30mins for our room. We just stayed in Reception with our bags. We were immediatly confronted by a guy... More

Myself, family and friends arrived at the Haroun on 22nd August for 2 weeks. We got to the hotel around 11.30pm to arrival drinks and food which was a nice touch. We were them shown to our room, which was basic but ok. The bathroom was dirty, with cracked and mouldy tiles. The toilet was filthy and the shower curtain... More

I have been reading the reviews on this hotel.Me and my husband stayed there 24 August for a week. All I can say is that it must have been drastically inproved in a few weeks. When we stayed there the food was awful raw at times. The pool had a broken tile which was covered with what looked like a table... More

We were dreading visiting the Haroun after reading the reviews on here- not great as we read these after booking the holiday and where not on here when we booked - how wrong the negative reviews are!!!!! The staff at the Haroun are fantastic, from the staff in the kitchen who want to help you and are very friendly -... More

Myself and another girl friend booked this holiday based on the recommendations of the travel agents - I was worried that being two girls in our 20's we would be pestered a bit but decided we would just stay on the resort so it shouldn't be too bad. In general the room was ok, our room was always clean and... More

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks and only thanks to entertainment staff we had unforgettable holiday. Big thank you to Adel, Momo and Omar!!! Food was tasty but not a lot choice, nothing for children to eat or drink. To fill a glass of coke you needed to be very patient. The beach bar doesn't exist. Beach nice... More

Stayed here for a week with an all inclusive budget deal. The staff were really welcoming and friendly - we loved the Tunisian food - similar to Turkish cusine - the animation team worked hard to provide entertainment. Good value for a budget deal.

Having read the reviews before travelling we were weary about what to expect. We had booked this holiday as a last minute trip and paid very little for an all inclusive week so we're not expecting 5* service. Overall we really enjoyed our week, the pool was lovely and there were always plenty of sun loungers no matter what time... More

I can't really say anything different to what others have said really, just don't bother going, especially if you have small children, this really isn't a family hotel, theres nothing for children to do, not even a kiddies pool, theres a 'paddling pool' if you can call it that, i've splashed in bigger puddles. The rooms are awful & on... More
