This holiday was lovely. Staff were great! Especially animation staff. Omar, Momo and then Mamadou!!! They made our holiday. There was also khalifa, our waiter, he was such a lovely young man like the others and they all had such good manners. I would travel back here again just to see them. I would state also, if you're to go... More

Have returned to this hotel after a visit earlier in the year , so my first experience couldn't of been that bad !! The hotel is certainly basic, but you get what you pay for . I found that it met my needs in terms of food, although alcohol choice was lacking , but came prepared the second time and... More

Beware that food and alchoholic drinks may not be always available? Go to the restaurant early if your need your food warmish and available!! Tea, coffee, wine? and usually beer is available most of the time. Anything else, purchase yourself at your departure airport or on the plane. Rooms are cleaned daily, but be prepared for the odd hiccup! Towels... More

Where do I start? On arrival, having made our own way from the Airport, we realised that we had missed the Thomas Cook Welcome. We showed our booking at reception. We were told (eventually) that we would have to wait about 30mins for our room. We just stayed in Reception with our bags. We were immediatly confronted by a guy... More
