We have just returned from our second stay at this relaxing hotel. The staff were all very attentive to our needs and no request was too much trouble. reception staff were really helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and we will most definitely be returning again to see our 'friends'. Do not listen to the bad comments :-) more

This is a 5 starts hotel, but it should be a 1 or 2 starts... Of course I wasn't expecting an European 5 stars hotel, but I least I would expect it to be clean, respect and education by the staff... all that we didn't had... First of all, the 5 star hotel in Tunisia is never a real five star hotel, so neither is this one. The problems at Tunisians is that they are missing the "final touch".
