We believe that the bed makes the hotel. In this case, the Riveredge failed completely. They have chosen to cover their mattresses in a "sanitary" liner sheet which resembles a waterproof tarp. They attempt to explain this away in a note on the desk- obviously in reaction to complaints- touting the health benefits of the sheet. Give me a break-... more
