Close to the main beach on the island - Sai Keaw, but secluded enough to be very quiet and relaxed. Friendly staff and nice outdoor area with pool and a small bar. The food was ok and the staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights and spend the afternoons in the pool before venturing out to the beach in... More

The best thing about this place is the staff who are young, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and charming. They really can't do enough for you. Ann in particular stood out, but really they were all great, the best I've encountered. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool and dining area were nice and relaxing. The room was a little different with... More

We only stayed there one night. My first advice would be that if you go to koh samet you should avoid sai keaw beach and go to ao praoh or the beaches in the south. Concerning the Lima Bella, it's an average resort, and it does not have a beach access. The room was big with almost no furniture and... More

We spent 6 nights here in December 2014. It was an ideal location for our purposes, being close to our son (who lives on the island) and close to the beach. We were welcomed by Be and her staff who looked after us really well while we were there. We thought the price was reasonable and our ground floor room... More

Stayed here Nov 2014 for 5 nights. The staff were the most attentive I have ever known and deserve the good comments they receive particularly Ann. The Beach was 5 mins away which was no problem. The hotel itself is a little green oasis. The pool was nice but the only problem was there were no steps into the pool... More

Stayed for three days at the Lima Bella and found it a well run hotel with extremely attentive staff. The poolside room in which we stayed was well appointed , with a comfortable bed and a well laid-out bathroom with a rainfall shower as well as a bath. The is a lot of foliage around the poolside rooms which attract... More

Stayed here in October the rooms are ok, hotel 5 mins walk from beach also as a swimming pool, breakfast very good, but what made this hotel a lovely stay for me was the staff everyone of them where great and one girl named Ann made my stay even better nothing was to much trouble for her and always service... We were apprehensive as we had booked via the Net and without checking the reviews. We were reserved for three nights and it was a pleasant an experience that we are not going to forget. To begin with we came in about ( in the morning and we were offered a standby room to bathe etc. while our room was being... More

I am here in lima bella resort koh samed with my friends. We experience power failure in the whole island because of thunder and lightning. But we were so hungry and they could prepare dinner for us and we had an awesome candle light dinner at the resort. The staff are ultimately sweet and friendly. Two staff actually wanted to... More

We stayed in the Bella Suite for two nights. Positives: Very large, well kept room. Love the attention to detail, roses on the bed. Card on the bed. Air Conditioning super cold. The staff are most friendly in the world, like amazingly friendly and kind, funny and thoughtful. They're charming in their own way and memorable. Fruit smoothies are the... More
