Gosh I am surprised a little by the reviews,we stayed here over new year, had the beach front bungalow, traveled with my family and one other family,my 2 daughters loved the pool and beach, our bungalow was clean and we had no issues with insects at all,the new years party in the restaurant area was well organised and very entertaining,I am an... Great location with a vèry private beach front. 30 minutes walk to the nearest pier and not many options in terms of restaurants or shops outside of resort. The bungalows are run down, but the pool and restaurant area feels good. Would only recommend staying at bungalows closer or have beach front. Outdoor shower is an interesting experience but not... We stayed for 5 days over New Year, the positive things about the resort is the quiet location and the private beach. The bungalow we had was not clean, marks on the sheet and pillow cases and dust. The staff were great an they upgraded us on the 3rd day to a larger and a bit nicer bungalow. The problem... More

I have stayed in many places in Thailand, and this is the worst little hotel I've been in... Originally booked 6 nights and left after 1... Hotel is miles away from the tiny little town that is there. Nothing near hotel... Lay on the beach and get eaten by sand flies We paid for sea view and didn't get it..Rooms... More

Average. The bungalows are old and termite infested (could hear noises in the rafters at night time) and wood dust on my clothing in the mornings. Bed Linen is old and stained. Bathroom kept clean, but the fitting are old. As the showers are outside, couldn't shower on rainy days. The beach front is ok, but nothing special. Just beyond... More

We loved this place! Yes, there are a few areas for improvement but the island charm and relaxing ambiance made for a perfect weekend getaway. This place is the first stop on the speedboat, at the far end of the island (in case you miss the ferry). The rooms are really charming and we loved the low bed. We had... More

We had a beautiful and relaxing trip. The bungalow was simple but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the clean white sand beach. The food was lovely. Thanks for such a great time. We hope to return if we get a chance.

I was a little anxious after reading some of the reviews, but I needn't have worried. We stayed for 5 days. It was a little paradise. It's true there is a bit of updating needed, but it doesn't matter. We were upgraded to a beach front bungalow, although we had asked for a twin room it had a double bed.... More

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights, actually on my last day as I am writing this. Either some of the previous reviewers are just abnormally picky, or the place has changed a lot in the last 2 months, as we have had nothing but an awesome time here. The rooms are nice, comfy and clean. There was... More

Some reviews here nearly put me off this place and I am glad they did not. The room was great, the shower was warm and in its own outdoor enclosure. The pool was clean and warm. The food in the restaurant was high quality and inexpensive. The resort is at the end of the road and on a private beach,... More
