I have stayed in many places in Thailand, and this is the worst little hotel I've been in... Originally booked 6 nights and left after 1... Hotel is miles away from the tiny little town that is there. Nothing near hotel... Lay on the beach and get eaten by sand flies We paid for sea view and didn't get it..Rooms... More

Average. The bungalows are old and termite infested (could hear noises in the rafters at night time) and wood dust on my clothing in the mornings. Bed Linen is old and stained. Bathroom kept clean, but the fitting are old. As the showers are outside, couldn't shower on rainy days. The beach front is ok, but nothing special. Just beyond... More

We loved this place! Yes, there are a few areas for improvement but the island charm and relaxing ambiance made for a perfect weekend getaway. This place is the first stop on the speedboat, at the far end of the island (in case you miss the ferry). The rooms are really charming and we loved the low bed. We had... More

We had a beautiful and relaxing trip. The bungalow was simple but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the clean white sand beach. The food was lovely. Thanks for such a great time. We hope to return if we get a chance.

I was a little anxious after reading some of the reviews, but I needn't have worried. We stayed for 5 days. It was a little paradise. It's true there is a bit of updating needed, but it doesn't matter. We were upgraded to a beach front bungalow, although we had asked for a twin room it had a double bed.... More

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights, actually on my last day as I am writing this. Either some of the previous reviewers are just abnormally picky, or the place has changed a lot in the last 2 months, as we have had nothing but an awesome time here. The rooms are nice, comfy and clean. There was... More

Some reviews here nearly put me off this place and I am glad they did not. The room was great, the shower was warm and in its own outdoor enclosure. The pool was clean and warm. The food in the restaurant was high quality and inexpensive. The resort is at the end of the road and on a private beach,... More

We were picked up from Nuanthip pier in Ban Phe by hotel shuttle boat which brought us directly to the resort in about 25 minutes (twice daily at 1300 and 1600 hrs, outside these times you may rent a hotel speed boat for your transfer directly to resort @THB2000). Alternatively you can take the regular ferry to the island's ferry... More

It was nearing the end of a 7 week journey for me. It was my birthday and time to really relax and do some soul searching. Arriving on the island of Koh Samed with tons of tourists, as it's the closest island to Bangkok has a particular dizziness about it as everyone is jumping in jeeps/taxis and going to the... More

We had booked for 5 nights, stayed one and moved on! This place on first viewing looks terrific. Wonderful beach location, lots of private bungalows in tropical gardens. On closer inspection however, the resort is really run down and clearly hasn't been repaired or maintained properly for a long time. The bungalows were full of cracks and gaps so consequently...
