Rude staff Bad Wifi Rooms were not clean upon our arrival, they let us into the room to discover this No good location- Literally nothing around the hotel (Not even a minimart), you will be totally dependent on the hotel for food/water unless you have a personal car. Hotel only features one restaurant open until midnight (and apparently they never... More

I was shocked when I entered into the room no. 908 of old tower because the room was not cleaned yet, everything was a mess. I tried to call to a reception counter but the phone was not worked then I had to walk down and made a complain with them. So, they changed the room for me but when... More

I booked and checked into this hotel on 23rd December 2014, based on TripAdvisor reviews and its location to the work area. Not many of the staff can speak English but you can get away with simple English and sign language! During my visit the place was packed with many convention participants. There are no lounges or bars here -... More

The C-building on the beach provides a really nice view of the sea. It's loverly to sit on the balcony in the early evening looking at the sea. However, the wifi is almost nonexisting in this buildning. It was a long time ago since there was any maitenance around the pool area. A lot of broken tiles, the kids pool... More

High price, lousy breakfast, run down infrastructure, loud Parties for half the night for convention attendees. Long pool was good and a nice beach however. The room had a stunning sea view. Not really good for a relaxing holiday.

Entrance - Majestic! I was so impressed by the open lobby design. Great breeze. Check-in - Smooth. No problems, except... ONE KEY per room! I was splitting the room with a business partner. One key per room always creates a headache. Oh... And a complimentary buffet breakfast included. Our room was in the back of the hotel, near the beach.... More

Come for the pool and the excellent private beach but do not expect anything else. Room2208 ok but the railing on the balcony led out to a roof over the restaurant. Our 2 year old made it through the railing very wide part struts onto the roof, meaning the balcony was out of use. Asked the hotel to change rooms... More

If you must stay at this hotel,be warned, you must book in the new section. Stay away from the phala wing, it is old dirty and awful. The service is horrible.the staff super unfriendly, pool dangerous with open high voltage boxes. Never again!

Ok hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants near by. Wouldnt swim at the beach there! Hotel is basic with basic internet. Taxi's cost a lot (if you can get one). Rooms are tidy (the new ones) but lack good cleaning. Shower/bath needs upgrading. Noone speaks english!
