High price, lousy breakfast, run down infrastructure, loud Parties for half the night for convention attendees. Long pool was good and a nice beach however. The room had a stunning sea view. Not really good for a relaxing holiday.

Entrance - Majestic! I was so impressed by the open lobby design. Great breeze. Check-in - Smooth. No problems, except... ONE KEY per room! I was splitting the room with a business partner. One key per room always creates a headache. Oh... And a complimentary buffet breakfast included. Our room was in the back of the hotel, near the beach.... More

Come for the pool and the excellent private beach but do not expect anything else. Room2208 ok but the railing on the balcony led out to a roof over the restaurant. Our 2 year old made it through the railing very wide part struts onto the roof, meaning the balcony was out of use. Asked the hotel to change rooms... More

Vgood food. Nice pool. Plenty of beach. Older wing is fine. I really like hotel and I live travel all over Asia. Like most of the hotels you need your own rental car ... If you want ra ra go to pattaya. This is a nice holiday town ... Think noumea. Great value. If middle of no where is a... More

If you must stay at this hotel,be warned, you must book in the new section. Stay away from the phala wing, it is old dirty and awful. The service is horrible.the staff super unfriendly, pool dangerous with open high voltage boxes. Never again!

Ok hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants near by. Wouldnt swim at the beach there! Hotel is basic with basic internet. Taxi's cost a lot (if you can get one). Rooms are tidy (the new ones) but lack good cleaning. Shower/bath needs upgrading. Noone speaks english!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, very old, service tries to be friendly, but except of 1 lady at the check-in, nobody understands anything than Thai language. It's totally empty, there's no Spa, the swimmingpool looks beautiful, but when you get closer you'll see all leaves and other stuff in it. , the beach is full of dirt... More

The Good Bit: When you sit by the pool there is a gorgeous sea view and when you turn around, the building has a fantastic design that compliments the pool and location beautifully. The Not So Good Bit: The pool if fantastic to look at from a distance! But get in it and you won't be seeing anything! It is... More

have stayed here many times, do so because of business, Staff are friendly, but then again most know me. so from me its the usual complaints, HUGE charge for WiFI. New Building is fine but appalling build quality, old building is ok but is OLD for a reason, needs maintenance, i had shower, NO hot water. The place is fine... More

This is a hotel spread out over a wide area, with some strange architectural choices. I would not recommend this for people with physical disabilities - there are access ramps for wheelchairs but they are about 45 degrees and almost impossible to negotiate. The staff were fine - friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and beds were... More
