Very clean resort with a pool overlooking the sea. Pretty large bungalows with an added outside shower. Very clean rooms with a large bathroom. Outdated TV with a good selection of channels. Since we were staying during the week there were like 5 other guests in the resort so everything was very quiet and enjoyable. There are several beach restaurants... More

Nice little resort on Haad Chao Samran Beach about a fifteen minute drive from the town. I am not sure its ideal for a holiday but for a quiet break it great. The resort comprises a series of large one bedroom chalets each with a huge bed, aircon and ceiling fan, free wifi and an excellent shower. The bathroom looks... More

The hotel is not as good as it (or other people) claims. For me it just normal and the bungalow room is quite hot during the day due to too small air-con in the room (and not enough heat absorb material over the roof). The good thing is they have sea-front swimming pool and quite large beach front area. But... More

Fisherman's Resort. Stayed for 5 nights. In the week it was very quiet and peaceful, felt private. At the weekend Thai groups came and used the beach and side area but not the pool or sun beds. Europeans don't seem to know about it. Everything about it was good. Lovely bungalows and pool area right on the beach. Only two... More

One night stay hosted by Petcheburi University, I now understand why they said the King moved his palace from Petcheburi to Hua Hin due to pest issue ... It was really quite irritating to share breakfast with countless of flies. The reception area is refreshed. Villa is fine. The aircon is queer as it simply cannot be turned off ...... More

The plan was to to cycle from Bangkok to Singapore, yes it's a very long way.Simple I said keep the sea on your left and keep going south. So we cheated a little we started at Petchaburi, you don't want to cycle out of Bangkok. So we booked on line and it was a fabulous place,we'll furnished bungalows set in exotic tropical... More

We originally were only supposed to stop here for one night but once we saw the room and where the hotel was situated (right on the beach) we booked another three nights. The rooms were clean and spacious with air conditioning, bed was very comfortable and huge; the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. The restaurant overlooked the... More

We organized our wedding reception at the Fisherman's Resort in 2009 and it was great - our guests enjoyed it a lot, regardless of whether they stayed for the night or not. In the meantime, the management has changed. We just spent one night there as a family with our 1-year old. While the place retains all its charm (relaxing,... More

My husband and I was looking to get away from Bangkok while were waiting for our visa to India and this Resort is only 2 1/2 hours drive from BKK which is perfect. We stayed in the Villa for a week and we love it . The room is spacious with very comfy kingside bed and the furnishing is nice,... More

The French family with kids I know went to this resort at least twice so I trust that it should be OK. My kids just want to the sea. They want both to swim in the swimming pool and to play at the beach. We went to a resort at the beach next to this beach once, only to discover... More
