Great location...Attached to jungcelyon shopping centre. Nice pool No wireless in the rooms (we were on the 6th floor of the lakeside tower). they expect you to pay for the connection via a lan cable, yet i was able to see at least 15 wireless networks from the room. I reckon this is a bit of a rip off. This... More

We were 12 Friends on Leisure Trip to Phuket stayed in this marvelous hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is conveniently located, it is very near to Bangla Road (2 min Walk) and all the entertainment one can expect. Service was excellent, so was the breakfast. The biggest mall in the town is attached to the hotel... More

This was my second time staying at this hotel so i knew what to expect. Check in was smooth, got a free upgrade to the deluxe room at lakeside, although the room wasnt ready until 2.00 pm. The main reason i chose this hotel again was for two reasons. The location is hard to be beaten and the most comfortable... More

(We had to stay in another hotel closer to Patong Beach for 6 nights as they did not have a vacancy for the whole period of our holiday in Phuket) We were there 5 nights and were so pleased we moved to the Millennium. Staff so helpful in all areas; spacious, comfortable room; great "hot deal" last minute special as... More

The first thing to note about the Hotel is that it actually has two separate wings, the Beachside and the Lakeside (over 100 meters apart). I am not sure where the lake is in relation to the Lakeside, there is a small depression that may fill with water in heavy rain, but that is about it. The reception is located... More

a good location for nightlife and shopping but not if you are looking for a few hours sleep ,no , we asked at booking for a quit high floor room and received a superior room in the Beachside Wing just above the shopping entrance near 2e road and this was not what we had in mind , asked to move... Plus: Great location, 4 star hotel from the building and room, Cabana room with pool access is great. Minus: Worst service ever received worldwide. Totally mismanaged hotel. Upon arrival nobody was opening the door, nobody was taking my luggage, no greeting by the receptionist, no welcome drink, and no refreshing towel. They asked for 30,000 bhat cash deposit for a... A beautiful 5 star hotel in a great location. Staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Our room was kept immaculate by room service staff. Pool was great, we had a swim out deck which I would highly recommend. Only 2 negative comments - the food and the laundry service. The food was average and pricey for what it... More

First and foremost, the dreaded SMELL of sewerage, my room was overlooking the "lake", a lake of rubble and rocks and rubbish, the hotel of course is not to blame there. What the Hotel CAN do, is relieve some of the dreadful stench is by fixing the huge cracks at the base of the main walls adjacent to the Food... More
