“Don't recommend”

Absolutely rubbish service. Things went missing from our room with no answers to where. Took 30 minutes for house keeping to bring towels up. The "solarium" is just sunbathing on the roof. Not a fan at all.

what can i say second time at this hotel..same room as last time..brilliant employees.pool was great view was great..food was great only problem was the aircon kept leaking and was starting to form a green mould on the ceiling...bit of a worry...but will be back again and again love the hotel..thanks for a great holiday mercure.

To be honest I actually chose the Mercure Hotel thinking it was located somewhere else. This was not at fault of anyone but myself but I got the idea in my head that the Mercure was located right next to Junceylon shopping centre and discovered a week before my trip that it was actually a 20minute walk from Jungceylon.. “Big room but smell”

Location this Hotel is in the main road, near shooping area n near to Patong Beach can walking only 5 mnt to the Jungceylon Phuket Mall. The room is ok but very smell n in the night very dark.. Not recommend for stay here..
