Mercure Patong is great looking hotel, and at a great location near the Patong beach. The room was cosy and well equipped. We especially liked that they provided us with beach slippers and towels so that we can use them when we are out on the beach. Swimming pool is also nice, with a bar just at the swimming pool.... more

We stayed three nights in Mercure Patong Phuket. Air conditioning didn`t work and we had to change room two times (deluxe rooms). There was mold in the bathroom and the smell was disgusting. My partner and I got rash and had to visit Bangkok Phuket hospital in Phuket town. Rooms were dirty and the staff wasn`t very nice. more
