Had Room 501 to 3 adults. A friend was staying in 601. It's not bad for both. difference between 501 (villa) and 601(duluxe room) was that there was space good enough for an extra bed and there's a jacuzzi ( which we didnt use cause our days were filled with activities). IMPORTANT - no point getting a villa unless u... More

I stayed here Dec 2013, I was swayed by the bungalow photos on the website which are misleading and I changed hotel to this one as the Agoda deal caught my attention, my room/bungalow was poolside , poor bathroom, small in size and the room a little worn. The hotel taxi failed to pick me up from the airport and... More

I had been warned about how trashy and noisy Patong was, but had to see for myself. It was. Luckily, I overnighted at the Royal Phawadee which offered a retreat from the mess of a town. Had a large second floor room in a bungalow in the back garden. Dark wood, decent A/C, good WiFi. Reception was professional and friendly.... More

We loved the beautiful wood structures and Thai feel about the place. We had an individual bungalow that was spacious and generally clean. A couple of issues...the door to our bungalow didnt feel secure at all. A good shove and I'm sure you'd be in. The shower had no curtain or enclosure at all, so water is everywhere. Bathroom plumbing... More

we were upgraded to a lovely big room with large balcony, table and chairs and a lounger. The breakfast was disappointing, very average fare, little variety and no change in menu. Although some-one did ask for suggestions on how to improve the breakfast, hope they listened to some of the suggestions. Bed was comfy, large bathroom, tv swivels to allow... More

Lovely linen but the staff suck and it's for old people, rubbish music playing early all day from reception (woke me up)and terrible breakfast (old potatoe tasting cabbage dishes and bad milk for coffee). My superior suite had a massive gap in top of door so I was worried about mosquitoes and the air con was really bad. They also... More

Stayed here in August 2013 as part of a 5-week trip round SE Asia. I was amazed at the size of my room, it was simply massive! I had my own private balcony with lounger, a big indoor air-conditioned lounge, bathroom big enough to throw a party in and then a huge bedroom with equally huge bed. As we visited... More

The hotel and maintenance staff were so unhelpful I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The standard room: - tiny, there wasn't enough room to open our suitcases - the door did not completely fill its frame, and there was a crack in it, easy mosquito entry points, got bit several times even with spray - rooms are old... We stayed here for 12 nights over Dec 13 and Jan 14 in the duplex room - 2 adults and 2 teenagers - which is a 2 level room. The resort has been leased out very recently and the new licencees have let the standards drop massively it would seem and they have bought in a Manager from outside to... More
