The thing that bothers me the most in any place is when they try to nickel and dime you for everything. The place may be very nice but the feeling of greediness is disgusting. This hotel could be a very nice place except that the owners, Chinese of course, have to try to make money from you on everything. Wi-Fi... more

my partner and i stopped in phuket for 2 nights on our way to phi phi. we stayed at this hotel as we'd geard patong beach was well worth heading to. It was about 40 mins from phuket aiport but costs about £8. there is plenty around the hotel, although it is not right on the beach it is but... more

People who complain about rude staff should have a good look at themselves. I found the staff to be friendly, happy and very tolerant of rude guests. The location was fantastic. The room was adequate for sleeping (what more do you want?) I had a pool access room and I would not stay in any other room. We traveled with... more

myself and two friends (we are 20somethings) booked at this hotel in a superior room. These were located at the front of the hotel and were not very nice. bathrooms were outdated and although it was clean enough it wasn't pleasant. The bell boys were friendly, however the front desk staff were completely rude and cold - we wondered where... more

We booked the superior rooms on Agoda and they are in seperate buildings at the front. I recommend upgrading because these rooms aren't the nicest, but ok (not worth more than 1000 B). The breakfast is good in the morning and the pool is really nice. We also used the small gym several times. My biggest complaint was the staff,... more

We were offered a week here as part of a promotion for holiday club membership. If this happens to you – say ‘yes’! (to the accommodation, of course, not the holiday club membership!). Avoid the so-called ‘superior’ rooms (superior to what?) and go for an upgrade to a Deluxe room at a supplement of 700 Baht (£13) per night. These... more

I stayed here for two nights whilst stranded due to the airport closures in Phuket. We paid 800 Baht for a room and brekky. Which was great value - but knowing i had a lovely room waiting for me at the Swiss Garden in KL that i had already paid for made it hard to like this place. We were... more

Of our 9 nights in Phuket, we stayed here for the remaining 6 nights. Our deluxe room : For the money we paid, it was a REAL BARGIAN! Our deluxe room is Hugh! We did not ask for an extra bed for our 12 year old son as the SUNBED was sufficient for him. The toilet is BIG though the... more

Me and my friend shared a deluxe room and both thought it was great, the room was clean and well presented and overlooked the lovely swimming pool. Obviously the better the room the better quality but we only paid just over 20 quid for a night. location was great as patong beach was a 2 minute walk and bangla rd... more

I think that I have a bad opinion of this resort just because of the area. Patong Beach is disgusting and I can't see why it's such a tourist attraction. A friend of my husband's recommended that we go here and I am sorry we listened. We did only stay 2 nights, in between staying 10 days in lovely Khao... more
