We decide to moved to Safari after a week stayed in Kata Palm Beach Resort and Spa. The reason for this was to catch up with the friendly staff whom we met last year. The staff especially the waitress, waiter, porters, room attendants were very friendly and helpful. I can't find any faults to any of them, they are amazing, hardworker and there's always a big smile from their face even though they visibly looked tired.

There's always a problem with communication vice versa but thankfully they have someone whose always there to help like Mr. Mark Oliver Samonte, he was very helpful in every ways, friendly and he's a good example to his colleagues, you can tell that he's very professional in every aspects of his profession, he shows respect to his colleagues as well as to the guest.

I encountered a guy whose happen to be the General Manager? I find him very rude,no smile or say hello. The cleaners did a great job, i appreciate the clean towels and bed linen everyday... more
