When we tried to check in, the British woman at the desk claimed she had no reservation for us (but I saw our name on her reservation list) and that other agencies sold her rooms for her and she doesn't want them to. She complained that she was overbooked because some of her lodgers were staying longer than their reserved... more

They overbooked the hotel so they pushed us to another spot. They also removed our items from the room because they mixed up how long our reservation was. The people who run it are not trustworthy and very greedy. AVOID. more
