stayed on 28/Feb 2014, one night. i have booked its sister property, the viridian resort but due to air-cond problem and no alternative room, we were asked to stay here one night. i guess it used to be a beautiful asian style resort when it opened. after many years past, this run-down look hotel needs to upgrade. our room was... Initially I laughed at the previous entry titled "Fully in hands of Russians" but this very much explained MY experience. They are rude, not friendly and openly make fun of anyone who is different. The poor staff always had them complaining at reception. There is no conversing with these people, they don't even do common things like say thanks/open doors/share... More

Arrived at the resort 3 hours early. Wouldn't let us check in until 2pm witch is understandable. Paid the extra money to have a bungalow but when they took us to it, it was still dirty and looked like there was people in that room so they took us to another one after making us wait half hour. The next... More

So I visited Thailand with very low expectations, being my first trip I didn't know what to expect. Firstly I stayed at Ban Yuree, the hill was crappy but defiantly walkable. I would recommend there and never come back to this place again. Arrived 3 hours early so left our bags at the resort and went for a walk. The... More

A had a horrible experience with the hotel, was provided a cottage that was filled up with mosquitoes at all hours, the washroom has no doors a very small and cramped room, the drains in the bath and basin where choked up and despite complaining no action was taken. The hotel staff could be least bothered if you are not... More

Located on the Southern part of the main circuit around Patong the hotel is within a few minutes walk to the beach and easy walking distance to the centre of action. The rooms were spacious but a little dated and tired.Pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the peacefulness of the gardens. Staff very helpful. Will match internet prices... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks, it is in walking distance to everything, Bangla rd, markets (although be careful they will try rip you off there), restaurants and bars. The food at the resort is great and the 'side walk cafe' is awesome for dinner, very relaxing with the live music :) The pool is amazing and great to relax... More
