I spent two nights in the senior suite ( they upgraded my room) and had a wonderful stay. The negative reviews on this site are totally unfounded. The room had character and was well appointed, staff were genuinely responsive to our needs, and the restaurant breakfast and dinner were great. more

The room wasn´t clean, the housekeeping wasn´t in the room before 5 p.m. ,no fresh towels, not soaps, no bath-gel, the bath-tub was so old and dirty - we didn´t use it once. the shower didn´t work well, we had water in the bedroom, the much to dark furniture was old and overused. Not bad actually this hotel, really nice location, five minutes walk from Patong bay, on a lush hillside. Five minutes, that is when descending the steep hillside towards Patong. We never tried to walk the other way, always took a taxi or tuc tuc. Beautiful garden and swimming pool, nice restaurant with expensive western food. Would we go back? Not... more
