We have just returned home from staying 10 nights in this wonderful Resort. We found the staff to be extremely friendly people. Couldn't fault the resort at all. Can't wait to return to this excellent resort.......even with all the steps to conquer ! We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed the swimming pools. Breakfast buffet is various and they try to please most of the guests tastes, but refill is sometimes erratic. We stay with the Novotel brand in Australia and are very happy with their properties, however this same standard of accommodation does not extend across all their properties outside of Australia. The people where friendly the rooms where clean but the property is very tried.
