Although we booked through a Thai Travel agent and paid more than we should I would still recommend this hotel. The girls on the desk were both friendly and helpful as was the tour agent. We loved the street food in the night market although sometimes the music is a bit loud. Wi Fi was good, TV is good with... More

The location of the hotel is not very good however ok. The staffs are really helpful and roof top swimming pool is another attraction for the guests. I think it is nice place to sleep but not hangout.

Not to confused with the Arita House, which has the same owner, but 25 minute walk away. Sadly, our transfer driver did this and dropped us off at Arita House. Credit to the staff, they arranged for someone from Arita Hotel to come and pick us up and take us to the correct hotel. HAd to wait about 40 minutes,... More

someone stole my wife's watch and my alcohol :(. Please be careful there. the place was good and very near to the beach. The room size was good and it was very economical to stay, they charged 1300 baht for one day.

We initially booked our rooms for 4 nights through a tourist office in bangkok ( DONT EVER BOOK A HOTEL FROM A TOURIST OFFICE !) and paid 1200 Baht per room (original price of a room for two is 900 Baht) and ended up staying for 8 nights. We were told it was a 5mins walk to the beach when... More

Thank God we managed to move our booking from the Arita hotel to the Blue Ocean Resort, across the road from them. This is not a nice hotel and the staff are crazy as well. All over Thailand we have met so many nice people, but only in Arita Hotel do you meet staff that are rude and call you... More

We stayed at Arita hotel it was dirty, dark, unfriendly. The front dest girls were some of the worst I have met. It seemed we were a big trouble to them, no help, no smiles, no thank you, rude. The breakfast isnt worth the money, dry toast, eggs and little hot dogs. If you are on a budget stay at... More

Location wise, is not great if you want something close to the beach. Value for money wise is not great for what you get. Booked a room with a king size bed, however was provided a twin room. Was given the option of a room with a king size bed, however the room had a very bad smell emanating from... More

The Hotel Arita is a 15- minute walk to the beach. It has a small rooftop pool that is a bit too shallow and has some lounge chairs. It was a good place to read. The rooms are large with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony with a couple of chairs. It was too hot to sit outside but... More
