Stayed for 3 nights. 9 pax. Took 5 rooms. First impression wasn't so good for me as I was "tricked" by the photographs thinking that it would be located in prominent location. It is located in the middle of random street (Nanai Road) whereby it looks like some cheapskate housing area. 15-20 mins walk to Patong Beach. By the time... More

Stayed in one of the bungalows. There is a steep hill leading up to them, but it is worth it. You are away from the worst traffic, and have a great view over Patong city and the water .The bungalows themselve are old but i think it is reflected in the price. So from my point of view it is... More

Another fantastic stay at Baan Veerakit. I travel to Thailand with my family every year and would never consider staying anywhere else. Spacious and comfortable rooms with king size beds, WiFi, TV's and DVD players. Excellent value for money and very helpful staff. Once again Joy looked after us and made sure we had everything we required during our stay.... More

I was fortunate to stay in one of the uphill bungalows, separate from the main building and pool area. From there is a balcony and fantastic view of hectic Patong Beach. I rented a motorbike and was able to go anywhere by bike or foot to local convenient stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. During the holidays, parties went until 1-2am in... More

Service: service was ok. The lady who help us check in was quite friendly and better command in english. We had a tough time communicating w other staff at the recep due to bad command of english. But its ok. We dun reli talk much to them either. Room: our room is awesome! Super spacious, clean, beautiful and perfect! Location:... More

About 10/15 minutes walk down the hill to Patong beach. The guest house was very clean and smart, the bathrooms were basic. The reception were more helpful as our stay progressed but check in was a nightmare! Took almost an hour and wanted everything but my shoe size. Not many people knew where the hotel was which isn't helpful trying... More

My friend and I forked out a little extra to begin our travels in Thailand in style and this was a perfect spot. It's a 20 minute walk from Patong's main strip but we were not put off by that. The rooms were lovely and super clean. Staff were helpful and we always had the pool to ourselves.

I picked this guesthouse from two obvious reasons. Price and reviews It was rated a 4 stars and I was thinking it could not be that bad given the 'low season' rates I could not been so WRONG I first contacted the hotel via emails requesting for help in securing motorcycle rentals for 7 bikes I received the 1st email... Stayed for 4 days. Location unknown to many drivers. Hotel bathroom always had water shortage with no water at certain times. Hotel staff just laughed and said the man to fix it was gone. And she knew long before as she said whole hotel didn't have water. Had to tell her to contact the man and problem only resolved after... More
