we stayed here for 5 nights had no problems checking in and out ,staff very helpful , wanted to hire a motorbike which was done instantly ,,i got a puncture which the owner got a taxi which took the bike and got it fixed then returned it straight back to me ,, rooms were always clean and no noise at... The hotel does not have an elevator, and we got the fourth floor. The bathroom floated with water every shower. The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the beach or to bangla road. No wifi in the room, only at the lobby.

We are a family of four included 27 yr old son and 17 yr old daughter. We stayed a week.The receptionist is friendly and accommodating. She gave us two comfortable double rooms on first floor. With previous managment it was a very nice hotel, although not very strict in security matters. It has now a new management and things got really worst. The actual management does not fullfill commitments made by staff, demanding 50% more on arrival that price previous quoted. AVOID IT

one of the nicest guesthouses. Taxie and her husband manage the place and they are gems. the place is neat and clean. rooms are nice size. no elevator, so that could be a problem if someone was disabled or had a problem climbing stairs. room was cleaned daily and there is water and kettle provided in the room. nicest staff...
