The location of this hotel is a plus. Conveniently at a walking distance. The room's size overall is o.k but spare yourselves with air fresheners as for the moment you step into the rooms the mushy smell kicks in, fortunately they have strong air conditioning which makes the smell dissappear gradually. The bathroom lightings could have been better as for... More

Not much to add to other reviewers' comments. The food was congealed and rather tasteless. The cocktails way too sweet and the service half hearted at best. With 12 hours having passes since dining, I'm just hoping good poisoning doesn't kick in!

We stayed a week here for our Honeymoon back in July 2012. The room itself was lovely, not huge, bathroom was well equipped, aircon, overall nice. The safe kept opening by itself (very suspicious and uneasy about that) and overall the rooms smelt musky, from years of people smoking in them. Being a severe asthmatic this was unbearable at times... More

Booked it through Agoda and got a good deal @ $30/night. Stayed for 6 nights. Good: Very close to beach, markets, restaurants, Bangla road, boxing stadium and malls. Not once did I have to take a tuk-tuk or taxi which I had heard are a rip-off in Phuket. Staff was good and helpful, rooms were big and cleaned daily, central... More

Right in the center of everything: Food-fun-services-mall-sea-agencies. Ten minutes away from it all and mot much need of taxis that will ofcourse rob you.... Have in mind though that almost everywhere you go there is an overwhelming bad smell that you need to deal with with various ways. Other than that I am fully satisfied. Very beautifull places to see... More

We stayed here because we had a horable night at 7q hotel in a room that smelled like a public toilet, and left the next day to find another place to stay, we walked into a few places and found tiger inn right on the main strip, the room was nice and clean and the price was ok so we... More

This was the first place we stayed in Thailand and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were lovely, the restaurant was enjoyable, breakfast lunch & dinner, the staff were wonderful, very helpful and James especially was a great help to us first time travellers - an easy walk to beach, shopping and tour places,... I can not agree with the negative results I read. I've stayed in the Tiger Inn 4 times durring high and low season 2011-and- 2012. They always made excellent accomidations for me.They even upgraded my standard room to a suite room for no additional charge my last stay. They have free wifi , the restaurant downstairs has a great band... More

This hotel treated us terribly making us feel very scared and uncomfortable. We arrived at 11pm after a long flight to check in using our prepaid agoda voucher to be told our room was occupier and we would be taken to another hotel. We had no idea of the layout of patong and were scared, despite arguing they pretended not... More

we stayed here as we remembered the building from the previous year and we had to meet friends there after having an 18 hour delay in Singapore. The hotel looks pretty basic when walking up the stairs but really it is nice. Every door is key card entry, We stayed on the side facing the school 2 floors up. It... More
