stayed second half of March 2015 as single traveller.Having read the other revues for 2015 I cannot believe the three bad reviewers actually stayed there as I did not experience any of their complaints. Everything went smoothly for my two weeks. My room on second floor overlooked the main road but was not troubled by the traffic noise and the location... More

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered. They also took my girls to Bangla Road for a drive on motorbikes.Thankful to them as I couldn't escort them that day.Lovely food.Made to perfection.Free and good WiFi service.Lyn and Sa should be weighed in gold for their hospitality.Lovely ladies and chaperones for girls. It wasn't even their duty.Good value for money. In the... small hotel in town at Patong not distant from the beach where the feeling is to be in your house. I think this is like classic hotel; style in thailand because I have seen other many hotels similar to this in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but more big. This is small. The employees of the hotel are very nice and... More

To say that the staff is miserable is an understatement. They really don't look happy at all and drag their feet every time you call them. Never a single smile and a bad attitude overall. The food is not as displayed on the photo, the quantity is less. Even on the coffee they try to save some money by serving... More

the good: the location is close to patong beach. about 5 minute walk. and close to shops and bars. the hotel was also clean and tidy. the bad: the staff are miserable. only one member of staff ever smiled at us. the rest just grumbled and didnt seem too happy. the food was ok, a bit hit and miss, sometimes... This hotel is located quite near to Patong Beach. However, it is far from Phuket bus station, almost half an hour journey via Tuk-Tuk (auto) which will charge aound 100-150 Baht per person. Hotel provides good amenities, clean & spacious rooms, good hospitality, wifi connectivity. Staffs are very polite, courteous and helpful. It has a swimming pool, sauna & pool... More

It's a long time I spend my holidays in Thailand, passing nearly every time in Patong. I have seen this town growing year by year, but never so fast as in the last one. Inland, where there were only fields, trees and a few small houses, the river is now hidden by concrete and a new main road runs at... More

We spent a pleasant week at the Anchalee Inn! Our room was spacious, clean and well kept. The hotel is a relatively short walk (maybe 15-20mins) from the main activities in the Patong Beach area, such as Bangla Road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very close, so you are never short of somewhere to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed... More

Dear 'Marmite Boos', thank you very much for your stay and appreciation. We are very sorry for the inconvenience suffered due to the noise. Thanks for pointing it out. Owing to your remark I did remind our house maids that while they may be cleaning an empty room, there may be a nearby other room where people still rest. They... More

The website promises "all taxes and fees are included". Upon arrival we were asked for full payment and told that if using a credit card that they will charge us their merchant fee of 3%. Due to lack of prior disclosure of this, I refused to pay their fee. The day after my refusal we were accused of having marks... More

Dear Sir, I do not argue with your choice regarding how to educate your children, but if you and your sons come back totally drunk late night and throw out, after duly walking on it with dirty shoes, on the bed sheets, and if next day the professional laundry which service the hotel refuses the responsibility to clean it, perhaps...
