Excellent location, across the road from the Patong beach. The rooms are basic and quite small, but with nice views that look out onto the garden. The hotel staff are all friendly. Was clean and spacious... By no means luxurious but a roof for the night. Ideal if you want to walk into patong. But I would not stay longer than one or two nights as facilities are basic.

Untidy, Unclean, & Unhygienic The hotel is nothing like shown on the website... The location is on the Patong Beach but the hotel is behind another building... No view at all...
