The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the showers are great. There's a nice pool too to beat off the heat. The staffs however weren't as friendly or helpful esp. the ones at the reception who kept us waiting for almost 2 (two) hours to check in. We arrived around 6 -6:30 pm at the hotel and they mentioned there... More

I had read some reviews from previous guests commenting on poor staff attitudes and some problems checking-in and out of this hotel. Maybe I was lucky as both check-in and out was quick and without hassle, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have all the usual stuff although the furniture and decor is overdue... More

We stayed at amata resort for 5nights in a standard room with elevators the room with twin bed was bigger than the room with double bed, the staff was friendly the highlite of this hotel is the roof top pool it has a 360 degree view of patong. Jungceylon and bangla road are just a stroll away. However I advice... More

Very nice and clean rooms. Hotel staff very friendly. Centrally located to lots of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Short walking distance to the beach. Feel very safe with 24 hour security entrance. Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but good enough for basic use. Would definitely stay here again

This is an average hotel as the Restaurant is under renovation during our stay here. The room and bedding are clean and everything is in working condition. All staff are very friendly except a couple of unhelpful front desk persons. Best thing about this hotel is the location, it is not far from Patong beach and Bangla Road ( Good... More

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent and the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Usual facilities were present, i.e. kettle, toiletries etc. We would give the day-time Security Guard a 10 for being a "fun" person; always smiling!

After read reading feed back from Katka. I did visited different wed site about the self express wing in Amata Resort Phuket. To my surprise, the booking web portrait with nice clean photo and some with a very run-down room photo. The booking web site which portrait with nice clean room photo is trying to deceive visitor to make booking.

Fantastic resort right in the heart of Patong. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, Bangla and Otop. Very large room with private balcony. Two swimming pools with the best one being on the roof top giving you 360 degree views of Patong. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to be right in the heart... More

Me and my friends stayed here at the end of February till March 2015. Location was right in the downtown of Patong, but it was very great! It was about 5 min walk to the beach and about 3 min walk to the famous Bangla road, where all the night life. We had a nice room with the street view.... More
