First up, I'd give this place 3.5 stars if I could, not 4 as its definitely better than 3, but not a 4. I had a funny experience not long after I had just checked in here that although I decided I already liked the place, I observed a couple who were most definitely NOT liking the place and were... Book a deluxe room with agoda. Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Upon arrival we were informed that deluxe room is not pool view rooms, if we want pool view rooms have to upgrade to superior room with additional 1000 baht per night. Hence if you want a pool view from book a superior room. Staff at the hotel... More

We were very impressed with this hotel. Service was great, pool was really nice and big with a little bar area out there. There was lots near by and walking distance to the beach (Maybe 10 minutes) included breakfast which was a good buffet with omelet bar. Nothing else you could ask for. Highly recommended.

Can't really complain for cost, the room had smaller tv and large room. But had everything i would need. Not far from the malls and bangla road area. Really dark reception and quite open entrances. Friendly staff.

This place is built like a five star but has been down graded to three star service and facilities. Staff were friendly but seemed somewhat indifferent. They wern't very helpful when it came to specific requests. A lot of it was language difficulties.

Only good location is a positive part of it.just 2 minutes walk to bangla road. If you have busy hectic schedule then this hotel is good where you come and sleep. Staff are not cordial. The hotel is not very clean and there are marks at the wall... Needs maintenance. Apatrt from location there is nothing that you would like... More

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room, another 2 nights in standard room. Deluxe room is very large, great balcony, looking out to pool. Standard room had a small window/balcony which looked out onto the next building and was where all the air conditioning units are positioned so very noisy. Rooms include a safe, kettle, TV, air con, hair... More

Hotel is very centralized. Near to all the attractions and about 10-15 minutes walk to Patong Beach. Very near to shopping areas. Indeed, when we walked out of the hotel it is already the shopping district. Worth the price, inclusive of WIFI. Consists of two swimming pool. Outdoor pool and infinity pool. However, infinity pool water is rather dirty which... More
