“Good room, poor service and maintenance”

The room looks pretty, has a nice balconny, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area. However, the swimming pool is quite dirty, so you can not use it. And, the maintanance of the garden is very poor. A pitty, since it could be a wonderfull spot! During our stay, the staff is unprofessional and not very friendly. more

I visited Pai last year in December and stayed here for 3 nights. The room is nice and nice garden also. Everything is fine, seem so relaxing but when i go to bathroom to clean the my face. The water just stops so i have to call the staff to check and after that i have water but that day... more
