We chose this based on the reports here in Tripadvisor and once again the opinions were valid. Wandee our Bangkok guide had also stayed there before us and so her opinion was also helpful as she could answer our questions . Great hotel ground and rooms, the restaurant is terrible (bad food and bad service), do not eat there, go into town for all your food needs. If you want some quiet time and a chance to be in the greenery, Fern Resort would be an ideal place. Staff and rooms are nice. Better if you have your own transport though they provide shutter service to town. No phone connections at the resort so be prepared for this. more
