I wish I had listened to the review. I arrived in June. Not only there is no sound proofing , there is also no air conditioning. It is unbearable to stay in the room if u want to take a afternoon nap. Also the staff doesn't speak English, and there is no map for the area.

A very sweet, funky and clean guesthouse. 4 rooms. Inside and outside bathroom. Breakfast is included: a croissant with jam and butter or a bagel with cream cheese (yum; a nice change from eggs). In my opinion Coffee Morning has the best coffee in Mae Hong Son! I can't comment on it as a guest house, as I have never stayed the night, but have often been intrigued as to what it would be like. Nice building, very good coffee and pastries. It is on a busy street and the building has no soundproofing at all it's like sleeping on the street. Therefore not suitable as a place to stay.
