When we first arrived at the hotel everything was fine, we even got a bit of a discount because we were going to be staying for 3 days and were promised the best room un the hotel, but we decided to pay only for the first night and think about it afterwsards. After the first night there was nothing else... More

I stayed here with wife and our son. Our stay was perfect. The hotel is in the middle of the town, just a short walk to the the beautiful lake (forgotten the name). The room was excellent - a double bed and a single bed for our son. Simple room with a nice modern bathroom. Our room faced the the... More

I was a little bit unsure before I arrived, due to some of the reviews on here. Well, the hotel turned out to be perfect for me. It was in a good spot, I could walk everywhere. There's a temple and monastry behind the hotel too! Its beautiful and sometimes I could hear the monks do a chant. I don't... More

The best location! Centre of the city, close to the pretty lake, market, bars and airport. (If you come by bus you can take the taxi bike for 30-40 thb.) The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Even they can't speak fluently english but they try their best. The room is clean and nice though.

We loved this place. Right in the centre of this tranquil town. Easy walking to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Great price for this lovely family run hotel with beautiful gardens and lobby. Would definitely stay again.

With such mixed reviews, I decided to try the Panorama for myself. It is certainly convenient - its best attribute. Virtually everywhere in Asia there is free wifi, except here. And when I strategically spent time in the lobby in order to access the wifi, the electricity was out (though I don't think it was hotel specific.). I stayed in... More

My husband and I went to Mae Hong Son for a month long volunteer position. We first chose Panorama Hotel based on the reviews. We were not at all impressed. The staff was not very helpful or friendly- most didn't speak any English and given how many people speak English in Mae Hong Son, this was a little surprising. Our... More

After I read your review, I searched for details of a couple from Vietnam in the hotel reservation system starting from last month and couldn't find the information. According to your review, I’m not sure if you are the REAL customer of the hotel or not or you may be our guest very long time ago. However, I will response... More

This is hotel where you feel Thai. Location is best, nearby - famous Crossroads bar, 3 minites walking - beatuful lake. Rooms are clean and cosy. But the brilliant is management and staff. They can help you with all questions and problems. Thank them very match.

I'm a regular visitor to Mae Hong Son, and always find myself here at Panorama Hotel. The hotel is situated right in the city center with many options of transportation. Standard room or deluxe are always my choice as the rooms are well-kept. Of course, you couldn't ask excellent condition from economy rooms, right? The owners are friendly and very... More

MaeHongSon is (luckily) not yet a big tourist hotspot, so hotels are still mainly locally owned and run. Many guesthouses can be found here as well. Plenty of choice and at good rates. Second time in a year I booked a room in this hotel. It has a nice atmosphere, especially the ground floor: lot of wood, including a beautiful... More
