From making our reservations to leaving from the airport, everything was so smooth! I sent Kelley (the general manager) many e-mails and questions, and she always responded within 24 hours. Pick up from the airport was perfect, they arranged a van to pick us up, which took us directly to Ao Nang where we hopped on a long tail boat... more

We found the RBC by chance and what attracted us the most was that the houses were unique and not cookie-cutter bungalows lined up right next to each other. There were six of us, so it suited our needs perfectly. The photos of the rooms and the amenities didn't lie, the place was immaculately maintained, and everything worked just like... more

just stayed in ch3 (star gazer) at railei bach club after promising myself 20 years ago when i first saw it. it is perfection. beautiful design, incredible location and a world away from the crassness of neighbouring hotels and guesthouses. its a simple little hut with day beds and cushions for lounging 50m from the waters edge. every property looks... more

The Railei Beach Club is a wonderful find. Seconds from a Karst-cliff framed beach and from the Flame Tree restaurant for firey Tom Yum Soup and sticky rice with mango, these stilt houses at Railei Beach Club provided a truly memorable vacation. From sunset's at the charming pub, to views of Buffy Fish Owls and Sea Eagles from the generous... more

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights in the Club House garden-view room. Booked the room through their website and it took a couple of days before we received any reply. However, the lady assisting us, Mee, was tremendously helpful. We had our transport arranged from Krabi town to Railei seamlessly. The club is right in front of the beach... more

My family of 6 people stayed at the house 28 for around 8 days. Now looking back, it was like living in the nature together neighboring with the gibbons, "bungee jumping" monkey, squirrels and all sorts of lovely birds, and most of all, a nice beach within couple of minutes of walk from the house. Now to the question of... more

It's our second visit to RBC. What you will immediately sense is the unique ambiance, calm, cool atmosphere, comfort and convenience of hanging out in a beautiful house of your own on a stunning beach in Thailand but without the annoying touristy, resort style accommodation and service that is so prevalent there these days. We're old time backpackers seeking out... more

Never having been to Railei myself, my partner had, 10-15 years ago. He told me about a fantastic place with traditional Thai homes, right on the beach. I was not disappointed! The Railei Beach Club is unique. It is an area of fabulous homes which are rented out while the owners are away. We stayed in CH3 which, although the... more

Secluded, privately-owned bungalows on the edge of a wildlife preserve in the most beautiful beach in the south of Thailand, Railei Beach. We woke up to monkeys outside our window and was only minutes from the beach (which is accessable only by boat and most tourists leave by 6pm). Friendly staff, reasonable prices. more

The Railei Beach Club is a fabulous place to stay. It is a collection of homes which are rented when the owners are away. Each is a unique structure and all are modern riffs on traditional Thai buildlings. The service is impeccable. If you are looking for a megacomplex with identical rooms, air conditioning, and a pool with a sunken... more
