Even though I have an email saying there is no construction at this hotel, they negleted to say they themselves were building a row of shop right beside the hotel. In essence, i would strongly advise travellers NOT to stay in this hotel. The hotel service, amenities & facilities were mediocre. Nothing to shout about. My biggest grouse would be the rudeness and lack of PR-skills of the front-desk officers of the hotel. We do not recomend this hotel. The people working in the hotel are so rude. They smile at you and greet you (sometimes) but when you ask for something they are unable to either understand you or just too lazy to even try. Their favorite line is "sorry, no can do".
