My 2 girl friends and I decided to head to Railay for some rock climbing and was advised that Railay West and Tonsai is a nicer area to stay. Railay West was incredibly expensive so we settled for Tonsai. There wasn't many choices on Tonsai and this was a tad pricier at SGD278 (on agoda.com, with an extra bed added)... More

Me and my parents spent 2 nights at Tonsai Bay Resort, sharing a double villa. We had a fabulous time even though my parents (in their 50s) were probably the eldest people there! Everyone else was young, fit (mostly rock climbers and backpackers), and probably staying much longer than us :-) It felt like a small community of people looking... More

We have awesome memories from our bungalow in Tonsai Bay Resort. Silence, no traffic, monkeys jumping around, amazing food nearby. Next time we're in Thailand, we're pretty sure we'll go back there. Plus, there are mosquito nets in the bungalows.

we loved being in Krabi. Amazing food and snorkeling this is also famous spot for rock climbers. We went on a kayak river trip that included pick up at the hotel and an amazing lunch. It was super fun.

Stayed for 3 nights, although were booked for 4.Out of season so not a great deal to do unless your a climber. The resort was not really a resort more just bungalows and an open air restaurant, it was not the most expensive or the cheapest we paid $47 but other accommodation was half that price. We had a couple... More

We stayed in one of the deluxe bungalows for three nights and really liked it. It was a big room with a really comfy huge bed. The only drawback was the massive number of mosquitos. They provide a net but I still got bitten a lot. The doors to the terrace aren't sealed very well so I think they can... More

If you are a rock climber and not on a tight string budget then this resort is for you: most of the guests are climbers, climbing areas are 1 min walking distance away. However, it's ridiculously hard to get to this place. It's locked away from Krabi or AoNang(two closest towns) by mountains and oceanAnd the only way to get... More

This was among the cheapest accommodation we were able to find in the Railay Area and still not great value considering other places we've stayed for much less. The resort was a little dated. The AC bungalow we had was large but the rest of the resort could have done with some improvements. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant... More

I've been traveling around Asia for a couple of months now and this is the first place I've had anything bad to say about. We haven't been too fussy about where we stay but here we found was a bit unpleasant. Electricity worked only during the night and by the time we woke up every morning it had been turned... More

Overpriced. Rooms were very average. Maid service was poor. Stayed in many a resort in Thailand and found this one to be poor value. Avertizes Wifi, it is very spotty. I'm not saying it is a bad resort, just not good value in our opinion. The bay itself is beautiful. Rooms can be aways from the beach.
