We arrived in Railay, Krabi and found sand resort as a potential hotel to saty. placed on the beach, nice view and accomodations. The people welcoming us were really terrible: the lied about the price, they were really not nice and warm! we decided not to stay in such a place! more

We were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night. No apologies. No refund because the "upgraded" us to an almost identical room. more

Have to agree with what the second last reviewer has said. The place is terrible. We stayed in a "Sweet" Cottage for two nights 9th - 10th December in room 207. Outside our porch smelled of sewage. This place is AWFUL! The management is AWOL - swanning around on long w'end breaks EVERY w'end leaving poorly trained staff in terror of a guest with a legitimate request !
