Unhelpful, greedy, and lying receptionist. There is 7 floors and NO ELEVATOR. Free (no signal) WIFI. Hardboard wall. Broken chairs and table. Broken lamps. Thin and 100th years blanket. A hole bed sheet, dimpled mattress. Only a cable but no TV. An air conditioner without remote control. This is the worst place in the heart of Krabi town, let it... More

Me and my bf booked in for 2 night a couple of months ago until we were going to go to the islands as it was in a book about krabi province, the free monthly one. Worst decision ever made as normally we look at reviews before booking somewhere but it was in the magazine and we were so tired.... More

Unfortunately my one-night stay was negatively impacted by bed bugs. I was in room 405 (if Grand Tower Hotel is reading this - please fumigate this room) I have had a few bites before in my travels, but not this bad. I have about 150 bites :(

Average stay here, the location is sweet, and the hotel isn't that bad. Across the road is a backpackers with a bar on the roof, so you can just pop over there, however, very nosy because of that. Staff can't speak very good english, but they do try. Room didn't get cleaned once when we were there (4 nights), however,... More

We stayed here a few years ago in a cheaper fan room & it was great value. This time i rang ahead to book due to high season. On arrival the receptionist couldn't find my booking, then she remembered talking to me but said she only had A/C rooms, which we agreed to. She then said we should come back... More

Promised 2 hour bus journey took 6 hours so we were too tired to look for a decent guesthouse. In the end we got a double room for 600 Baht at the grand tower hotel. We were desperate for a shower but it was a cold one even though there was a heating device for got water. Obviously it was... More

Currently sitting in the Grand Tower Hotel after staying one night. We walked in after a long journey and therefore had not researched the hotel. Paying 500bht for a/c room one night we thought it was an ok deal. Little did we know that we would wake up covered in bed bugs ! Explaining this to staff it seemed like... More

For 300B the rooms are really nice. But unfortunately our room was füllen of bed Bugs. After we told them They gave us a New room but only refunded half the money we already paid! First They only offered us a free laundry for our clothes and didnt want to refund any money and after we managed to get half... More

We came to Krabi and found this cheap hotel ( now I wish we would've paid a couple 100THB more) 300 THB for a double room with Tv and bathroom, which is quite nice. Since we are backpacking we don't have a lot of needs and low standards of comfort. But the second morning we found ourselves covered in bedbug... More
