The hotel is centrally located, it is near to the main road, market and central mall. The rooms are simple but outdated however they are clean and decent for the price of 790 baht. Breakfast is included but is mostly thai food beside some white bread with industrial marmalade and some salad.

We stayed only one night, our room was comfortable but in need of an update. Corridors are tiled so you hear clickety footsteps of high heeled shoes from women going to nearby rooms. Breakfast was the worst ever as the limited choice was all stone cold, service was non existent, so my wife had to ask reception for brown sugar... More

The room was great, but the restaurant was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both lunch and dinner were both extremely annnoying. The servers do their very best to ignore you and give misinformation. They do not know the menu and make up whatever to tell you to order more food. Even complaining to the night supervisor at... Located in a quiet Soi with attached free car parking this hotel is 3 minute Tuk Tuk ride to the main bar and restaurant area around the Pullman hotel. Not bad value at 900 THB a night including breakfast for 2. The farang (Western style) breakfast looked awful so I stayed with the Thai stir fried fish with ginger which... More

I spent one night at the Busearakam Hotel in November. The hotel is a disappointingtypically average city hotel let down by a disappointing breakfast and is possibly better suited to Thais. The big plus is the staff were extremely friendly and the receptionists - wow!

The hotel is located near the city center and close to the bus terminal as well as the Saturday Night Walking Street Market. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. Internet has to be paid additionally and is quite expensive. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is okay but not a great food selection.

The hotel has a good location with a walking distance to local restaurants and shops. It's also easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It's very thoughtful of the hotel to provide a pick-up from the airport even though they don't have any request from guests. It is an inexpensive charge, considering we have to pay for a taxi...
