Stayed in December 2014 with friends and I loved this hotel .Great value for money rooms okay ,but two big positives were the House restaurant at the front of the hotel ,gorgeous food decent live bands and lovely staff working there .Also really enjoyed the breakfast here ,very expansive choice of food , tasty and a good start to the... This hotel is old and does not do regular maintenance. We booked two rooms. Both bathrooms were last tiled perhaps 20 years ago and looks very worn and run down. Bedrooms had had a recent overall with new beds and linen but not furniture. Having said that there was paint pealing off the wall. The passages are either very tiered... More

The room was very nice. The bed and linens were comfortable. The staff was polite and very helpful. It's in a great location. The breakfast was decent. The views from where we ate were very nice. It's hard for me to believe how little I paid for this all.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in past years and nearly always stop for a meal to and from sangkhlaburi. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable there was a smell from the bathroom drains and the edge of the mirror was rusted. The hallway carpets were dirty and worn. I have a habit of checking hotel fire... More

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights, was probably enough. Not that much to do in surrounding area apart from seeing the bridge, hellfire pass and the erawan waterfalls. Average rooms and OK food.

The hotel is old, rooms are tight, fixtures minimal. Worst experience is with the head chef who flip-flopped on his decisions. We asked for soft boiled eggs, which they did not know how to do and gave us almost raw eggs. We asked the chef to do it our way,he agreed, told his staff to do it the proper way,... More

We had booked here for 4 nights but left after 3. Was nothing to do in the area. Advertised pool bar was never opened , jacuzzi that didn't work.. When we arrived staff were v rude and could not understand English. They didn't help us with any questions we had. Location was out of the way. Was only 1 or... More

This hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are not the best but for the price they are clean and big enough. There are good facilities are this hotel with 3 restaurants, a bar, and a coffee shop. We ate at the restaurant outside and it has a varied menu with both western and thai food and ordered... More

This hotel could be really quite nice. The pool area is nice and the building itself is quite well set out but, given how lovely most Thai people appear to be, the staff here were unhelpful, unfriendly and , on occasion, really quite rude. The room was very tired, no tea and coffee facilities, rubbish shower, scruffy furnishings. Must say... More

This would have been a grand hotel in it's day but unfortunately it's been let go and it's quite run down. However, being a budget hotel you can overlook most things. The staff speak very little English so it was hard to communicate at times. The rooms are clean, standard hotel rooms with a hard bed, but nice pillows! We... More
