I was stay there for 2 nights, everything is ok,very quiet place. I enjoy the hot spa. And enjoy the morning time near the river.but I do not like the outdoor shower in bathroom,it is better to cover by curtain.for the breakfast, actually I do not know the menu before I eat. Breakfast just so so,but the dinner was great, very good... More

This hotel is located about 40 km northward to Kanchanaburi province. The local road reaches to it is very good, though just 2 lanes. It exactly locates in the forest, surrounding by very old tall big trees, and close to one of the main river of Kanchanaburi. It means they conserve and maintain the nature very well. You can enjoy water sports activities,such... More

We stayed at the Mida for one night while visiting the Hellfire Pass and Erawan Waterfalls. It was a last minute choice as we didn't book anything beforehand. The tripadvisor reviews are pretty spot on-- nice surroundings and pool area but room was a bit tired and old. They could definitely use a makeover/renovation. The aircon in the room was... More

Only stayed here for one night of our trip. Really enjoyed the surroundings and relaxed atmosphere of this hotel. Its amazing to take a swim after the sunset in the dark and quiet jungle. On the downside....its in the middle of nowhere.

Stay there during 2 - 4 Jan, 2015. Hotel a bit far from LAD YA town, entrance not easy to see. Lot of big tree in resort, big outdoor pool. View by the river was good. Over all service was average. Breakfast is just fine.

The low quality resort is located in the jungle, far away from the city. The bedrooms are old and dirty. The bathroom is very very dirty with mold everywhere. The reception staff is incompetent. No possibility to get a better room. The worst hotel in thailand so far.

I book two night at mida resort with my girlfriend, first of all the resort is far from the city and quite isolated but the bright side is near erawan national park which is my main reason come to kanchanaburi. I picked to stay at the tent, it's not you imagine because its modernized tent with an air con, mattress... More

Myself and my fiancé stayed here for 2nights in November and had an awful experience. We had booked 2 nights stay in one of the Mida resorts junior suites over looking the river Kwai. Upon check in we were greeted and issued a room key to which we took a golf buggy round to the other side of the hotel.... More

The best part about the place was the huge swimming pool. We had over a dozen relatives all booked here, and we had fun swimming and playing volleyball in the pool. The resort looks nice on the outside and is along the river. Some relatives said that the tents they stayed in were good though those did not have private... More

The Mida does not deserve the name resort, it's old, shabby en dirty. There was no warm water. The TV did not work. There was no toiletpaper. Black mould, mysterious stains and insects everywhere. The strange placed window in the bathroom gives neighbours a clear line of sight and there is no means to cover it up. One of the... More
