Our impression involves only one night; but since we occupied three rooms (we were seven people) I think it has some importance. The hotel's location is very valuable: it is central, for example close to the songthaews' terminal to Khao Takiab (the beach south of the city), and overall to the downtown; but it is also near the train station... We stayed five nights in a comfortable room on the eighth floor (no wi-fi on this floor). The staff were friendly and obliging as our group required breakfast at 6.30am when the dining room didn't officially open till 7.00am, so credos to those staff who made it possible. Parking can be a big problem as the parking are outside is... More

The reception staff of this hotel need a few lessons in manners and customer service. They are unfriendly and rude and really do not have any understanding of customer care. During my stay I asked to see the manger twice and was told that it would not be possible on both occasions. Absolutely dreadful service and I would not recommend... More

The place is nothing from the front but the rooms are fine for the price. The rooms are claen and pretty big. The reception staff weren't the friendliest but did help us connect with the wifi which is not so stable. It is in fairly good location in central Hua hin and near night market. The breakfast is nothing special.

Although the place could do with a facelift, we found the rooms clean and spacious with balcony. Wifi worked okay, a choice of two pools with pool bar, a central safe, breakfast a la carte due to low season all went to make this an enjoyable stay. The hotel is located very near the famous Night Market with quick access... More

This hotel definitely has room to improve. The staff are not very friendly most of the time. The room was not too bad being large with comfy beds. The wifi signal was on and off so not reliable The location is pretty good being in central hua hin. The breakfast was nothing special and the swimming pol was nor clean.... More

We arrived at Tanawit and asked for a double room, they said they had none in the main hotel but we could have one in the hotel on the corner. So we went to have a look and it looked like a very nice room. We had hoped that since it wasn't in the main hotel and meant walking to... More

We booked this hotel for 6 nights @ $135 per night. There were no rooms available in town. After reading reviews we did not know what to expect. The hotel is rated 2 1/2 star which is accurate. The room was ok, on the second day my husband and I both got colds. After speaking to other guests who have... More

We booked two rooms last minute this last busy week end to watch the awesome fireworks. Tanawit had rooms available at a reasonable price and pix on Agoda looked Ok. Actually we got what we paid for. Large rooms, flat screen TV with DVD player renovated bathroom small balcony with excellent location and walking distance to night market. Only negative... More

Seemed quite expensive. Good location for the night market and bars. The room was clean and tidy but the staff seemed paranoid. Had to get a coupon form reception for a pool towel. Return the towel to get your coupon back and hand it to reception or be charged 500 baht! Difficulty getting fresh extra towels for bathroom. Had to... More
