This was the best room we had in our entire backpacking trip to Thailand. We went for one of the rooms on the top floor and it had great views, two balconies, sofa, flat screen TV, fridge and a lovely bed. The hotel is walking distance to the night market, the beach and all the restaurants. Hua Hin is a... More

Very central, close to the fishing pier, Hua-hin clock and night market but quiet at night. We hired a scooter from the Celtic bar next door. Just a short walk to the beach. One pleasant surprise, you get self service coffee, tea and toast for breakfast.

Our room was clean and quite big as well as with a nice decoration above the bed. The location is good: ten minutes walk to the main beach, two minutes walk to the main road with bars and restaurants. The room price does not in include breakfast but they offer a simple one, complimentary, with tea or coffee or ovaltine... More

This hotel is in a great location for Hua Hin town, the beach and not far from train station or minivan place. The room was clean and large only slight issue was water dripping through the light fitting in the bathroom! I did tell reception about it and it stopped for a day then started again. Other that that the... More

A little classier in style than your average 3 star guesthouse in Hua Hin, I had a huge room at the back with a bit of a view over town. Staff were lovely, very smiley and helpful Has all you need - AC, hot water, fridge and a good bed and mattress, very clean as you would expect. Its in... More

I recently stayed at the Baan Chalelarn Hotel in Hua Hin on a recommendation of a friend who'd stayed there last year. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated and situated in an convenient position for all areas of the city. I arrived at noon, having traveled the 2.5 hours by mini van from Bangkok and my room on the third... More

We stayed at Baan Chalelarn for 4 nights. We chose it from reviews on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. Our taxi driver did have trouble finding it though, taking us to the Chalelarn Hotel. We knew it wasn't the right place, so after getting instructions from the hotel staff, we ended up on the wharf, while the driver asked... More

Quite nice small hotel, not far from the center of Hua Hin ( 15 minutes fo get to the Night Market or tourist office by foots). Clean rooms, friendly staff (not everyone, but majority speaks English). One negative aspect: Breakfast was not included in our order and all nearest cafes are opened only after 8.30 am, that's why if you... More

What a lovely, basic little hotel. Clean and quite large rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - just a block away from the ocean and all the fabulous seafood restaurants along the sea front. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I arrived in Hua Hin without a place to stay, and out of Laziness i headed straight for the larger chain "luxury" hotels. However upon being told they were full stumbled on this little beauty. I was lucky enough to have a top floor room which felt like i had my very own rooftop garden. Views were fantastic service wonderful... More
