The Anantara Hua Hin is NOT comparable to a Four Seasons, or Ritz Carlton, or a Sheraton; not even close. It aspires to the big league, but unfortunately falls short largely due to disappointing service. Firstly on the positives. we upgraded our garden room to a lagoon room. the difference in the rooms is unbelievable! first, the view is wonderful from the balcony, which has a built in sofa overlooking the pond and gardens. the cathedral ceilings really opened up the space, as the room itself wasn't particularly large. the bathroom was lovely, with the option to slide open... more
